About Us The Prince Albert and Area Teachers’ Association (PAATA) was formed in January of 1998 following the amalgamation of the Prince Albert Teachers’ Association (PATA), the Prince Albert Rural Teachers’ Association (PARTA) and the Kinistino Association of Teachers (KAT). Our association consists of approximately 800 members working out of 45 schools from the Prince Albert Catholic and Saskatchewan Rivers School Divisions which as of Jan. 1, 2006 includes the former Parkland School Division and St. Louis Schools.
